Health History and Physical Examination:
The assessment includes a review of health history, sleep, stress, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, mental health, and a physical examination.
Diagnostic Tests:
Diagnostic tests like bloodwork, ECG, stress test, urine sample, and ultrasound of the abdomen are used to evaluate heart, kidney, and liver function, and to screen for cancer.
Personalized Health Report:
After the assessment, you'll receive a personalized health report summarizing our recommendations, and a follow-up with our physician. The assessment takes about 4 hours, including meeting with the doctor throughout the day.

You can access and share your records quickly and securely through our electronic image sharing system, PocketHealth. To book an appointment, you'll need a signed requisition form from your doctor or a walk-in clinic. We also offer worldwide access to your scan results, allowing you to share them with any doctor for more streamlined care.
